Privacy policy
What we collect when you write to us.
This policy covers the inquiry form and email contact on sova-robotics.com. It does not describe the product itself, which is in development and not yet in use on customer properties.

What we collect
When you submit the form we store the fields you enter: your name, email address, how you are contacting us (owner or manager, integrator, other), and, if you fill them in, your city and state and your message. We also record the date and time, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string, to spot abuse and duplicate submissions.
Why
To reply to you and to assess whether your property or business fits a pilot. We do not send newsletters, and we do not use your details for advertising.
Who receives it
The founder of Sova Robotics reads every inquiry. The form data is stored in a database on our hosting provider (Hetzner, in the United States), and a copy is emailed to our Google Workspace mailbox. We do not sell or share inquiries with anyone else.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person and not a script. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser under its own privacy policy. The website itself is served through Cloudflare, which sees the traffic to it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange with you, or longer if a pilot agreement follows. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser’s local storage and never leaves it. If we add visitor analytics later, we will use a cookieless service and update this page.

To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected]. We answer within a few days.
